About the Role

What You'll Do

• Design and execute community‑focused programs, including events, sponsorships, and partnership activities that generate interest and sales leads.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Identify and nurture relationships with local organizations, schools, government agencies, and civic groups.
• Coordinate logistics for events such as workshops, fairs, and informational sessions, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
• Gather feedback from community interactions and translate insights into actionable recommendations for service improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of engagements, track performance metrics, and report results to senior leadership.
• Support customer retention efforts by developing outreach that reinforces brand loyalty and satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in community relations, event planning, or public outreach, preferably within telecommunications, utilities, or a related service industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Effective communicator, comfortable presenting to groups and crafting clear promotional materials.
• Familiarity with digital tools for event promotion, social media outreach, and data tracking.
• Self‑starter mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for community involvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in marketing, communications, or public relations is a plus.
