Sting Staffing is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join its team in Brick, NJ, supporting the expansion of its PDN, HHA, and DDD divisions.

About the Role

In this full‑time position you will partner with hiring managers to identify and secure qualified healthcare professionals for a variety of home care assignments. You will manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and clients while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

What You'll Do

  • Source and attract qualified healthcare professionals for private duty nursing, home health aide, and developmental disability positions
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit for client requirements
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through networking, job boards, and community outreach
  • Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement
  • Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to increase brand visibility

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in healthcare recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within home care or related sectors
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and clients effectively
  • Familiarity with PDN, HHA, and DDD staffing requirements and credentialing processes
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment sourcing tools
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
