Headway is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Telehealth to join their growing team in Colorado (statewide), offering a full‑time opportunity to provide virtual therapy services.

About the Role

As a telehealth clinician, you will conduct video sessions with clients seeking mental health support, manage your own caseload, and use Headway’s platform to handle insurance billing and client scheduling.

What You'll Do

• Deliver evidence‑based therapy via secure video conferencing to adults, adolescents, and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and HIPAA regulations.
• Coordinate with Headway’s support team to verify client eligibility and submit claims for reimbursement.
• Set your own schedule and determine the number of clients you see each week.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with best practices in tele‑mental health.

What We're Looking For

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Colorado.
• Minimum of two years of post‑licensure clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and comfortable using digital platforms for session delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport virtually.
• Commitment to providing culturally competent care to diverse populations.
• Full‑time availability; the position is based in Colorado.
