What You'll Do

• Manage the end‑to‑end administration of counterparty agreements, including ISDA confirmations, collateral arrangements, and trading authorizations.
• Monitor daily counterparty exposures and work with credit analysts to surface limit breaches or mitigation actions.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure documentation meets regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Produce regular reporting on counterparty risk metrics for senior management and external stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to streamline operational workflows, leveraging technology to reduce manual handling and improve data accuracy.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for selected counterparties, addressing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and fostering strong business relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of seven years of experience in counterparty management, credit risk, or trade operations within an asset management or banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of ISDA documentation, collateral management, and regulatory frameworks such as EMIR, Dodd‑Frank, and Basel III.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, VBA, or similar tools for data manipulation and reporting.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
