Meet the Team

Legal

As the Legal team, we support all areas of Fever by offering clear advice, risk management, and legal insight that allow teams to move quickly and stay focused on what matters. We ensure alignment with local laws and regulations to support safe and compliant growth wherever Fever operates.

Our team is structured in: Intellectual Property, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Joint Ventures, Privacy, and Paralegal Support. Together, we cover the full legal landscape to meet the needs of a growing global business like Fever.

Our objective is to protect the Fever brand and confidential information. We do this by guiding regulatory compliance and business expansion, handling legal complaints and disputes, reviewing and creating legal documents, managing incident reports and insurance claims, and developing and advising on corporate policies.

What You’ll Do

  • Support contract management and contract signature processes, ensuring accurate record maintenance and timely contract execution.
  • Assist with entity management, corporate governance, compliance tracking and related administrative processes.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, records, and filing systems, while providing administrative support as needed. 
  • Use legal tech tools and internal systems to support workflow management, document execution, collaboration, and operational efficiency.  
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support business and legal activities. 
  • Support process optimization initiatives, knowledge-sharing practices, and Legal Operations workflows to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc legal and operational projects, as well as continuous process improvement initiatives across the department.
  • Upskill, support, and help grow other team members.

This position will be hybrid and based in Madrid or Mexico DF.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of experience in a professional environment. Experience supporting legal or corporate teams is a plus, though we encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages such as: Swedish, German, Arabic, Greek, Turkish or Mandarin Chinese are a plus! 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management, multitasking, and critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communicator, comfortable interacting with diverse teams and external stakeholders, with strong cultural awareness and empathy. 
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and with a keen interest in legal tech. 
  • Self-directed and solution-oriented, with a can-do mentality.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools; experience with Jira, Salesforce, e-signature platforms, and AI tools is a plus.
