About the Team

Having many products and countries, we need to make sure everything runs smoothly. As the Operations team, our goal is to help Fever grow, increasing the efficiency in our ways of working and maintaining a best-in-class experience for all our stakeholders. We love testing, launching and executing new projects, and supervise all Operations related topics, from events execution, user and partner operations to all processes and tools.
We are looking for an Operations Analyst who loves to improve efficiency in everything and always finds the way to get things done!
This cross-functional role will allow you to interact with numerous areas of the business, understanding their needs and ways of working and giving you the opportunity to learn about how Fever works!.

About the Role:

  • Participate in different company-wide projects focused on improving a specific area of the business.
  • Have the opportunity to lead a project with the support of senior members of your team, ensuring it reaches the defined goals, objectives, and timelines.
  • Lead the necessary analysis for the completion of multiple projects, identifying the best solutions in each scenario taking into account different factors such as client satisfaction, cost control and profitability
  • Lead projects that involve coordination with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify areas of improvement and work on the continuous improvement strategy and processes across all areas of the business, specially in logistics and operations areas
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

About You:

  • You have 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., consulting, operations or tech related)
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related fields.
  • You are fluent in Spanish and English.
  • You have experience in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Having previous experience in logistics, operations, or distribution is highly valued
  • Having  previous experience in preparing operational reports and logistics KPIs is highly valued
  • Having experience with ERP systems or logistics management software is highly valued

  • You have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
