About the Role

The Bar Porter position is essential to our bar operations. You'll manage beverage inventory, maintain pristine service areas, and ensure bartenders have immediate access to everything they need during service. This role demands organization, physical capability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Receive, unload, and properly store incoming beverage deliveries in designated locations
• Stock and maintain par levels across bar service stations, ensuring consistent readiness
• Transport kegs, cases, and supplies to appropriate areas, including pump rooms and soda stations
• Keep service stations, bars, and storage areas clean and organized throughout your shift
• Rotate inventory using proper FIFO methods and monitor stock levels
• Assist bartenders during service by providing supplies and supporting their beverage preparation workflow
• Manage keg changes and handle equipment maintenance as directed

What We're Looking For

• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with bartenders and other team members
• Experience in food and beverage, hospitality, or similar environments preferred
• Reliability and flexibility for part-time scheduling
