About the Role

What You'll Do

• Oversee asset portfolios, analyzing performance metrics and recommending strategic adjustments to maximize value and returns
• Develop and implement asset management strategies aligned with organizational objectives and market conditions
• Monitor and assess investment risks, compliance requirements, and regulatory obligations across managed assets
• Prepare comprehensive performance reports and financial analyses for stakeholders and leadership teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities
• Maintain detailed asset records and documentation to support audit requirements and governance standards
• Evaluate market trends and emerging opportunities to inform strategic asset allocation decisions

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in asset management, portfolio management, investment management, or a similar financial management role
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
• Working knowledge of investment strategies, asset valuation methodologies, and risk management frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with the capacity to present complex financial information clearly to diverse audiences
• Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and project management capabilities
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CMP are preferred but not required
