Accenture is recruiting an Enterprise Operating Model Senior Manager to lead transformation initiatives within our Utilities practice, based in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood. About the Role
In this Enterprise Operating Model Senior Manager position, you'll partner with utilities sector organizations to design and implement comprehensive operating model strategies. You'll guide clients through organizational restructuring, process optimization, and strategic alignment to build competitive advantage in a dynamic industry.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop enterprise operating model solutions tailored to utilities sector requirements
- Lead end-to-end operating model transformation and organizational change initiatives
- Create detailed business cases and strategic recommendations for operating improvements
- Facilitate executive alignment and stakeholder engagement during transformation programs
- Develop and mentor team members on enterprise operating model frameworks and practices
- Collaborate closely with client leadership to define and execute organizational strategies
- Direct complex, multi-phase engagements requiring cross-functional coordination
What We're Looking For
- Significant professional experience in enterprise operating model development or organizational design
- Demonstrated success leading operating model transformation and organizational change programs
- Strong working knowledge of utilities industry operations and market dynamics
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder communication capabilities
- Strategic problem-solving and analytical mindset
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and build organizational consensus
- Strong project management and delivery experience with complex client engagements
