Production Generalist – Retail Days

Join Pilgrim's as a full-time Production Generalist supporting retail day operations in Arcadia, Trempealeau County. We're seeking reliable, safety-minded team members to contribute to our fast-paced production facility and help deliver the quality food products families trust.

About the Role

As a Production Generalist on our retail days team, you'll work across multiple stations and departments on the production floor. This is a hands-on position in a dynamic environment where you'll support the processing, handling, and packaging of poultry products for retail distribution. You'll be cross-trained to move between roles as needed, gaining broad experience in our production operations.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment according to safety and quality standards
• Process, inspect, and package poultry products for retail customers
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation protocols to meet HACCP and regulatory requirements
• Work at a steady pace in a temperature-controlled environment
• Communicate with team leads and coordinators to ensure smooth daily operations
• Assist with cleaning, maintenance, and equipment setup between production runs
• Support quality assurance efforts by reporting issues and following standard procedures

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand and work actively for extended periods
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple production roles
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Prior food production or manufacturing experience is a plus
