Registered Nurse – Orthopedic Clinic

About the Role

You'll deliver hands-on nursing care across the patient journey in our orthopedic practice. Working full-time in an outpatient clinic environment, you'll build relationships with patients while managing the clinical demands of a busy orthopedic team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document findings in the orthopedic clinic
• Assist physicians during consultations, examinations, and diagnostic procedures
• Prepare patients for procedures and coordinate pre-operative protocols and education
• Deliver post-operative care instructions, wound monitoring, and recovery support
• Manage patient medical records, treatment plans, and clinical documentation
• Coordinate with surgeons, administrative staff, and support teams to optimize clinic operations
• Educate patients about orthopedic diagnoses, treatment options, and rehabilitation strategies
• Help manage patient flow and clinic scheduling to ensure efficient, high-quality care

What We're Looking For

• Current, active RN license in California
• Clinical experience in orthopedics, surgery, or acute care settings (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and genuine commitment to patient-centered care
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a clinical team
• Detail-oriented approach to documentation and patient safety
• Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a dynamic clinic environment
