About the Role

As a Business Sales Consultant with CoAdvantage, you'll develop and execute sales strategies that connect businesses with comprehensive human resources solutions. You'll be at the forefront of growth, identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals that provide real value to organizations seeking expert HR management.

What You'll Do

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory and accounts
• Build and maintain relationships with small to mid-sized business owners and decision-makers
• Present CoAdvantage's HR, payroll, benefits, and workers' compensation solutions to prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline records and forecasting
• Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within HR services or business solutions
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to understand client needs and position relevant solutions
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, performance-driven environment
