About the Role
Join our acute care orthopedics and neurosciences team as a Graduate Nurse in a structured, supported environment. You'll work full-time in a specialty unit serving orthopedic and neurological patients, with the opportunity to develop clinical skills and professional judgment under experienced supervision.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care to orthopedic and neuroscience patients in the acute care setting
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient status changes, and clinical observations
- Assist with patient assessments, treatment implementation, and care coordination
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and recovery
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards in a fast-paced hospital environment
What We're Looking For
- RN license (current or pending in Pennsylvania)
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing
