About the Role

As a senior-level experience designer, you'll own the end-to-end design of conversational interfaces, user flows, and product experiences. You'll translate research insights into elegant, usable solutions that guide users seamlessly through digital products—from initial interaction to ongoing engagement. Your work will span strategy, design, and implementation, ensuring consistency and quality across all customer touchpoints.

What You'll Do

• Design conversation flows and interaction patterns that feel natural and intuitive to users
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design assumptions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications that communicate intent to development teams
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to align on vision and priorities
• Mentor and guide junior designers, sharing best practices in experience design and conversation design
• Refine existing experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every deliverable

What We're Looking For

• Proven portfolio demonstrating expertise in product design or conversation design, with 5+ years of experience
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Strong skills in wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
• Excellent communication abilities—both written and visual—to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences
• Experience designing for conversational interfaces, chatbots, or voice-enabled systems is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving client needs
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools
