About the Role

As a Front Counter Employee, you're the first point of contact for our guests. You'll work at the heart of our fast-casual restaurant, creating positive interactions while accurately fulfilling orders and keeping our counter areas clean and welcoming. This role is essential to maintaining the experience that has made Chick-fil-A a trusted choice across the Bay Area and beyond.

What You'll Do

• Take customer orders with accuracy and friendliness, using our point-of-sale system
• Prepare and assemble orders to our quality standards, ensuring food safety and consistency
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and securely
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter and service areas throughout your shift
• Answer guest questions about menu items and special offers
• Work collaboratively with team members to manage busy service times
• Support the team with stocking and restocking supplies as needed
