Faculty Marketing Manager, Humanities (Remote)

Cengage Group is seeking a Faculty Marketing Manager, Humanities to join our remote team based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. In this full-time role, you'll drive engagement with faculty educators and amplify the reach of innovative learning solutions across the humanities disciplines.

About the Role

As Faculty Marketing Manager for Humanities at Cengage Group, you'll build and execute strategic marketing initiatives that connect faculty with educational solutions designed to inspire learners. You'll develop campaigns, manage faculty relationships, and communicate the value of our portfolio across disciplines including literature, history, philosophy, languages, and related fields. This is a remote position offering flexibility while you contribute to meaningful work in educational innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design and launch targeted marketing campaigns that engage faculty in humanities disciplines
• Build relationships with faculty members and academic institutions to understand their teaching needs
• Create compelling content—emails, case studies, webinars, and digital resources—that demonstrate how our solutions enhance learning outcomes
• Manage social media channels and digital marketing efforts to reach humanities educators
• Collaborate with product, sales, and academic teams to align marketing strategies with faculty priorities
• Track campaign performance and report on metrics that drive business results
• Attend conferences, workshops, and faculty events to represent Cengage and strengthen partnerships

What We're Looking For

• Experience in educational marketing, faculty engagement, or B2B marketing within higher education
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage academic audiences
• Familiarity with humanities disciplines and the higher education landscape
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, content management systems, and email platforms
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently
• Creativity and strategic thinking to develop campaigns that resonate with faculty
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
