About the Role
As a Commercial Solutions Specialist for Automotive Industry at Percepta, you'll be the trusted technical point of contact for customers relying on our fleet and telematics platforms. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with customer-first service to solve complex problems, build lasting partnerships, and drive satisfaction for some of the industry's most demanding clients.
What You'll Do
- Provide primary technical support for fleet management and telematics solutions, ensuring customers maximize the value of their investments
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues across our FPI (Fleet and Predictive Intelligence) platform and data systems
- Partner with customers to understand their unique operational needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Serve as the technical escalation point for complex automotive and fleet management challenges
- Document issues, resolutions, and best practices to improve overall service delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our platform and customer experience
- Support training and onboarding for new customers implementing telematics and FPI services
What We're Looking For
- Technical aptitude with fleet management systems, telematics, or connected vehicle technologies
- Strong communication skills—you translate technical concepts into actionable insights for customers
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process documentation
- Experience in automotive, fleet operations, or B2B technical support roles
- Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage multiple customer engagements
- Self-directed work ethic suited to remote collaboration
