Join Lancesoft INC as a Certified Surgical Technologist specializing in cardiovascular operating room support in Salem, New Jersey. We're seeking dedicated CVOR surgical techs to join our full-time, permanent healthcare team on our day shift schedule with rotating weekends.

About the Role

As a CVOR Surgical Technologist, you'll play a vital role in cardiovascular surgical operations, providing hands-on support to surgeons and the surgical team. This is a fast-paced, mission-critical position in an operating room environment where your precision, attention to detail, and expertise directly impact patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for cardiovascular procedures
• Assist the surgical team during cardiac and vascular operations
• Maintain a sterile field throughout procedures and count instruments, sponges, and sharps per protocol
• Handle and pass instruments with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor and manage surgical supplies to ensure availability during procedures
• Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to work rotating weekends as scheduled
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional demeanor and strong teamwork skills

Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position with rotating weekend shifts
• Day shift options: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• CVOR Surgical Tech compensation: $27.36 – $32.83 – $38.30 per hour based on experience
• OR Tech compensation: $24.87 – $29.85 – $34.82 per hour based on experience
