FOOD SERVICE WORKER (FULL&PART TIME)

Compass Group, North America is hiring immediately for Food Service Worker positions—both full-time and part-time—at Fresh 2U, our dining service on the UNC Charlotte campus in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County.

About the Role

Join our team at 9201 University City Boulevard in Charlotte, NC, where you'll support daily food service operations for university students and campus visitors. We offer scheduling flexibility with both full-time and part-time opportunities to match your needs.

What You'll Do

• Prepare food according to established recipes and portion standards
• Maintain clean and sanitized food preparation and service areas
• Operate food service equipment safely and effectively
• Serve meals and beverages with strong customer service
• Stock supplies and manage inventory organization
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift regularly
• Reliable and punctual attendance

Schedule and Location
