Group Class Instructor (part-time)

HealthFitness is seeking a Group Class Instructor (part-time) to lead dynamic, engaging fitness classes at our Boston, Suffolk County studio. As a leading fitness solutions provider, HealthFitness builds meaningful communities where people connect, grow, and advance their wellness journeys—both in-person and online.

What You'll Do

• Lead energetic, welcoming group fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds
• Deliver clear instruction with proper form cues and motivational coaching
• Create an inclusive studio atmosphere where members feel supported and inspired to achieve their goals
• Maintain high standards of exercise safety and technique throughout every class
• Build genuine connections with participants and contribute to a thriving fitness community
• Work with the HealthFitness team to support our mission of helping people move forward

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading group fitness classes or group movement instruction
• Genuine passion for fitness and helping others succeed in their wellness goals
• Strong communication and motivational abilities
• Knowledge of safe exercise practices and ability to modify for different fitness levels
