About the Role
As a Multi-Skilled Craftsman/Plumber, you'll be at the heart of our service operations. This is a full-time position where you'll apply diverse technical skills to solve real problems for homeowners and businesses throughout the Lebanon area. You'll have the opportunity to develop your craft while working on varied projects that keep your skills sharp and your work engaging.
What You'll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues and execute effective solutions
- Perform general handyman repairs including drywall, carpentry, electrical basics, and fixture installation
- Ensure all work meets building codes and safety standards
- Communicate professionally with clients about project scope and timelines
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a plumber, handyman, or multi-skilled craftsman
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and work in various environments
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
- Valid licenses or certifications as required by Wilson County and Tennessee
