The Retail Assistant Store Manager plays a vital role in supporting our store leadership team at our Aventura, FL retail location. In this full-time position, you'll collaborate with the store manager to drive sales performance, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure customers receive outstanding service every time they visit our store. Core Duties

• Assist the store manager with day-to-day operational tasks and store management
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support the sales floor team
• Contribute to visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization
• Help train and mentor retail team members on products and customer service
• Support staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for store hours
• Comply with company policies, loss prevention procedures, and safety protocols
• Assist with opening and closing store procedures as needed
