Accenture is recruiting a SAP Supply Chain Consultant specializing in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) for our Mid-Market Private Cloud practice in San Diego, California. This full-time role is ideal for an experienced supply chain professional ready to guide mid-sized organizations through digital transformation, optimizing operations while strengthening compliance and safety management on cloud-deployed SAP platforms.
About the Role
As a Supply Chain Consultant with EHS expertise, you'll partner with mid-market clients undertaking significant operational modernization. You'll architect and implement private cloud-based SAP solutions that streamline supply chain processes while embedding environmental, health, and safety governance. Your focus is on helping organizations reduce complexity, enhance compliance, and unlock competitive advantage through intelligent, cloud-enabled supply chain and EHS operations.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate client supply chain and EHS functions to uncover optimization, digitization, and compliance opportunities
- Design end-to-end SAP supply chain and EHS solutions aligned with client requirements and regulatory obligations
- Configure SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, LE, and EHS components) in private cloud environments
- Integrate EHS compliance, risk management, and safety processes into supply chain workflows and data models
- Facilitate business and technical requirements sessions with stakeholders across procurement, operations, and safety teams
- Oversee solution implementation, testing, and knowledge transfer to ensure smooth adoption and value realization
- Advise on supply chain resilience strategies, regulatory compliance trends, and operational sustainability best practices
What We're Looking For
- Professional experience in supply chain or EHS consulting, with demonstrated SAP expertise
- Working knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Logistics modules
- Understanding of EHS compliance standards, environmental regulations, and health and safety management frameworks
- Proven track record leading implementations, managing stakeholders, and delivering measurable business results
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences
- Analytical problem-solving approach with focus on driving client value and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional background)
