Retirement Management Consultant

About the Role

As a Retirement Management Consultant at Accenture, you'll work with corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals to design, implement, and refine comprehensive retirement solutions. This is hands-on advisory work—analyzing financial data, modeling scenarios, and translating complex regulations into actionable strategies that drive real outcomes for your clients.

What You'll Do

• Assess client retirement readiness through financial analysis, benefit audits, and longevity planning
• Develop customized retirement strategies aligned with organizational goals and individual circumstances
• Advise on pension management, defined contribution plans, executive retirement programs, and tax-efficient withdrawal sequencing
• Model retirement scenarios using industry tools and frameworks; communicate findings to executives and stakeholders
• Support clients through regulatory compliance, plan restructuring, and benefit design optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including actuaries, tax specialists, and investment advisors

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related discipline
• 1–3 years of experience in retirement planning, pension consulting, financial advisory, or related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency with Excel and statistical tools
• Solid understanding of retirement income vehicles (401k, IRA, annuities, pensions, Social Security)
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Professional designation (CFP, CFA, EA, or equivalent) is a plus
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams
