Roberts Resorts in El Mirage, is hiring an Activities Support Staff member for our seasonal team. This full-time position runs from approximately October 1, 2026, through April 15, 2027, and is perfect for someone ready to deliver exceptional guest experiences during our peak season.
About the Role
As Activities Support Staff, you'll be the backbone of our guest experience operations. You'll work directly with our activities team to ensure every guest—from families to retirees—has access to engaging programs, smooth event logistics, and the hospitality they expect from Roberts Resorts.
What You'll Do
- Assist with scheduling, setup, and execution of daily recreation and entertainment programs
- Support guest check-in and registration for organized activities and events
- Maintain activity spaces, equipment, and materials in safe, organized condition
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with activities coordinators and other departments to deliver seamless programming
- Monitor attendance, manage sign-up sheets, and update activity rosters
- Follow all safety protocols and community guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to support a guest-focused mission
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to move equipment and be on your feet throughout your shift
- Experience in hospitality, customer service, or community events preferred but not required
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings
