About the Role

As a lease-purchase truck driver with CRST, you operate your own rig under a 2-4 year low-cost lease arrangement. You haul specialized freight loads nationwide, maintaining direct relationships with shippers and keeping the revenue your hard work generates. Unlike traditional employment, you control when you work, where you go, and which loads you accept—building real equity in your business from day one.

What You'll Do

• Transport specialty freight across the continental United States on assigned routes
• Manage your own schedule while meeting delivery commitments and customer expectations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and perform routine maintenance
• Maintain accurate logbooks and comply with FMCSA regulations and hours-of-service rules
• Coordinate with dispatch and customers to optimize load assignments and profitability
