About the Role

This dedicated regional position keeps you on a consistent lane structure with predictable freight, so you can plan your life around your schedule. Drivers on this run earn $85,000–$90,000 per year, with a guaranteed weekly minimum and an average rate of $0.55 cents per mile. Multiple home time arrangements are available to fit your lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Operate a Class A commercial vehicle on a dedicated solo regional route out of Fargo
• Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule across North American lanes
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in accordance with DOT regulations
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and shipping documentation
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route status, delays, or load concerns
• Uphold CRST safety standards and Hours of Service requirements at all times

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL Class A license — required
• Clean driving record and satisfactory MVR
• Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Experience operating a tractor-trailer in varying road and weather conditions
• Strong commitment to on-time delivery and freight safety
• Reliable, self-directed work ethic suited for solo dedicated runs
