About the Role
As Director of Growth Marketing, you will shape marketing strategy and execution for MetTel's enterprise communications portfolio. What You'll Do
- Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies that align with corporate business objectives and drive revenue expansion
- Lead marketing team members to plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across digital, content, and account-based marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify market opportunities, support pipeline development, and accelerate customer acquisition
- Research market trends, competitive positioning, and customer needs to inform product and messaging strategy
- Establish marketing metrics, track ROI across campaigns, and drive continuous improvement in customer acquisition efficiency
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources to highest-impact initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, and executive leadership
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading marketing teams
- Proven track record driving revenue growth and market expansion in B2B technology or communications
- Strategic marketing expertise including demand generation, brand building, and customer acquisition strategy
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance
- Experience marketing complex technical solutions or enterprise services
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
