About the Role

As a Patient Engagement Specialist I, you'll be the human bridge between patients and our healthcare platform. You'll guide patients through their initial contact with Sprinter Health, support them in using our technology, and ensure they feel confident and informed as they engage with their care plans.

What You'll Do

• Contact patients via phone, email, and digital channels to introduce them to Sprinter Health services and address their questions
• Assist patients with navigating our platform and resolving technical issues
• Explain care plans and health recommendations in ways that make sense to each patient
• Document patient interactions and maintain thorough, organized records
• Flag clinical or urgent concerns to the appropriate team members
• Work to build trust and improve patient satisfaction and engagement over time

• Excellent communication abilities—both written and verbal—with patience and clarity
• Genuine interest in supporting patients and improving healthcare access
• Comfort learning and using healthcare technology and digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple patient touchpoints
• Attention to detail in documentation and data entry
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
