About the Role

You will own the product vision and strategy for an agentic airspace design platform that automates and streamlines flight procedure creation, validation, and ongoing maintenance. This position demands deep collaboration with aviation domain experts, software engineers, and end-users who operate within complex airspace management workflows. Your work will directly impact how air traffic professionals design and maintain safe, efficient flight paths across the National Airspace System.

What You'll Do

  • Define product requirements and features for agentic systems that automate airspace and instrument flight procedure design workflows
  • Research customer pain points and translate aviation domain complexity into clear product direction
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions that reduce manual design cycles and improve procedure quality
  • Engage with end-users—flight procedure specialists, air traffic managers, and regulatory stakeholders—to validate product decisions
  • Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that drive adoption and operational value
  • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies in airspace design, automation, and intelligent workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience as a Product Manager in aerospace, aviation, enterprise software, or complex B2B domains
  • Deep understanding of airspace operations, instrument flight procedures, or air traffic management
  • Fluency with AI and automation technologies, particularly intelligent agent systems and workflow automation
  • Proven ability to translate technical complexity and domain expertise into compelling product strategies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Track record of shipping products that solve real operational challenges
