About the Role

As a Graduate Registered Nurse at Geisinger, you'll deliver direct patient care while developing the clinical expertise that defines exceptional nursing practice. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans based on clinical findings
• Monitor vital signs, patient responses to treatment, and clinical changes throughout your shifts
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions following established protocols
• Document patient care activities, clinical observations, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Provide compassionate patient and family education to support understanding and engagement in care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic patient care environment
• Contribute to team efforts that support unit operations and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited program
• Current or pending Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Pennsylvania
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

Compensation & Career Support

Geisinger values your commitment and supports your success. New graduate nurses are eligible for a hiring incentive of up to $19,000, with minimum starting wages of $41.00 per hour. Experienced individuals receive enhanced compensation. We also offer shift differentials of up to $7 per hour for evening, night, and weekend shifts, plus relocation assistance for eligible candidates.
