RangeWater is hiring a full-time Community Manager to join our Dallas, Texas headquarters. In this role, you will build meaningful connections, foster engagement, and strengthen the communities we serve while working alongside a team committed to creating positive impact.
About the Role
As Community Manager at RangeWater, you'll be the bridge between our organization and the communities we touch. You'll develop and execute strategies that bring people together, amplify our mission, and create opportunities for genuine engagement and partnership.
What You'll Do
- Design and lead community events, programs, and initiatives that align with our organizational values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, partners, and residents
- Manage communications that inform and inspire our community members about our work and impact
- Develop strategies to increase community participation and involvement in RangeWater programs
- Monitor feedback and community needs, reporting insights to leadership to shape our direction
- Collaborate across departments to ensure community interests are represented in organizational decisions
- Track community engagement metrics and demonstrate the value of our community-focused efforts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing community programs, engagement, or stakeholder relations
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written—with the ability to connect with diverse audiences
- Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A genuine passion for community service and building meaningful relationships
- Comfort with event planning, public speaking, and facilitating group conversations
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with community outreach, nonprofit work, or mission-driven organizations (a plus)
