About the Role

As a Benefits Consultant on our management track, you'll work with qualified members from labor unions, associations, and member organizations across North America—no cold calling required. You'll consult with individuals who have already requested information about our supplemental benefits programs, providing education and guidance to help them select the protection that best fits their needs.

What You'll Do

• Educate qualified members about supplemental benefits and financial protection programs
• Guide members through enrollment and answer program-related questions
• Build strong relationships with members to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Meet performance targets and contribute to organizational growth
• Prepare for advancement into management by developing team leadership skills

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills
• Ability to learn and explain complex benefits programs clearly
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
