Agentic Commerce Consultant l Comms, Media, & Technology

Accenture is hiring an Agentic Commerce Consultant for our Communications, Media, and Technology practice, based in Bentonville, Benton County. This is a full-time position where you'll help enterprise clients reimagine their customer engagement and revenue models through intelligent commerce platforms and autonomous technologies.

About the Role

As an Agentic Commerce Consultant with Accenture, you'll bridge strategy and execution for clients navigating the intersection of AI-driven commerce, customer experience, and marketing technology. You'll work across ideation, design, and deployment phases—advising leadership teams on how autonomous agents and intelligent systems can unlock new business value, streamline operations, and strengthen customer relationships. This role combines consulting rigor with hands-on collaboration to deliver transformative commerce solutions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to diagnose commerce challenges and design agentic solutions that improve conversion, personalization, and operational efficiency
• Define product strategy, customer experience enhancements, and technology platforms that leverage AI and autonomous systems
• Develop go-to-market strategies and campaign architectures that integrate creative, media, and technology capabilities
• Oversee solution implementation, from proof-of-concept through full-scale deployment and orchestration
• Collaborate with designers, technologists, marketers, and internal teams to align vision with execution
• Build and articulate business cases, ROI models, and change-management approaches for client stakeholders

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of consulting, strategy, or commerce technology experience in retail, e-commerce, media, or related industries
• Demonstrated expertise in customer experience design, marketing technology, or platform strategy
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging technologies and their commercial applications
• Proven ability to think strategically while managing tactical delivery and client expectations
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, communications, or related field
