About the Role

In this Manager Program Planning 2 role, you'll be responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing the planning phases of complex programs. This position requires a current Secret security clearance (or demonstrated clearability) and involves approximately 25% travel. Relocation assistance may be available to qualified candidates.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute comprehensive program plans that meet customer and organizational objectives
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business units
• Establish program schedules, budgets, and resource requirements
• Track and report program performance against key milestones and metrics
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Maintain compliance with security protocols and classified information procedures

What We're Looking For

• Current Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one before start date
• Demonstrated experience in program planning, program management, or similar responsibility
• Management experience leading teams or projects to completion
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence across organizational boundaries
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
• Understanding of security protocols and classified material handling
