About the Role

As a Senior Banker, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships and developing tailored financial strategies. This role combines client relationship management with business development, allowing you to leverage your expertise to create value for clients while contributing to our organization's growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through excellent service and proactive communication
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions and products
• Manage client portfolios and accounts, ensuring compliance and satisfaction
• Develop business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market analysis
• Collaborate across teams to deliver comprehensive banking solutions
• Provide financial advice on investments, lending, wealth management, and other banking services
• Stay current with market trends and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3-5 years of banking, financial advisory, or related client-facing experience
• Series 7 or Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in finance or business
• Strong client relationship and sales skills
• Knowledge of financial products, markets, and investment principles
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to delivering client-centric solutions
