Join OneMCI as a part-time Sales Representative in Killeen, Bell County and help grow customer experience, business process outsourcing, and cloud technology solutions for enterprise clients. About the Role
In this part-time sales position, you'll drive business development by selling OneMCI's CX, BPO, and cloud-based solutions to organizations seeking to optimize their customer operations and back-office functions. You'll connect with prospects, understand their business needs, and present tailored service solutions that deliver measurable results.
What You'll Do
- Identify, prospect, and qualify sales opportunities with target accounts across multiple industries
- Present OneMCI's customer experience and business process outsourcing solutions to prospective clients
- Conduct needs assessments and articulate how our services address client business challenges
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Prepare detailed proposals, pricing, and sales documentation
- Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to support successful client onboarding
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in B2B services, outsourcing, call center solutions, or technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to identify, qualify, and pursue sales opportunities
- Comfort with phone, email, and web-based prospecting
- Self-directed work style suited to part-time engagement
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales processes
- Knowledge of customer experience, BPO, or outsourcing markets is valuable
