Oracle Record to Report Lead

Accenture is seeking an experienced Oracle Record to Report Lead to join our Minneapolis-based Oracle practice. In this full-time leadership role, you'll drive financial process transformation and operational excellence for our enterprise clients, leveraging Oracle technologies to modernize accounting and finance functions across organizations.

About the Role

The Record to Report Lead position is central to our Oracle practice's mission of helping enterprises streamline their complete accounting cycle—from transaction recording through financial statement closure and reporting. You'll combine technical Oracle expertise with financial process knowledge to design, implement, and optimize R2R solutions that increase accuracy, compliance, and efficiency for our clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape how organizations manage their most critical financial operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead Record to Report process design, implementation, and optimization engagements using Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud, or both
• Direct cross-functional teams through process mapping, system configuration, testing, and deployment
• Advise C-suite and finance leadership on R2R automation, controls, and compliance strategies
• Mentor team members and build client relationships through thought leadership and technical guidance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using agile methodologies and industry best practices
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and financial reporting standards

What We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in Record to Report processes and Oracle financial applications
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage client engagements
• Strong understanding of General Ledger, accounting close processes, and financial consolidation
• Knowledge of automation, robotic process automation (RPA), and emerging financial technologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements for diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred; relevant certifications a plus
