SAP S/4 Process Integration Lead (Finance) – Life Sciences

Accenture is hiring a SAP S/4 Process Integration Lead (Finance) for our Life Sciences consulting practice, based in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to lead enterprise financial process integration initiatives at the intersection of pharmaceutical transformation and next-generation system architecture.

As Process Integration Lead, you'll architect and oversee the integration of financial processes across complex SAP landscapes, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA financial process integration strategies tailored to life sciences organizations
• Lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and configuration of finance modules including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Oversee integration between SAP core systems and third-party applications; manage data flows and system interfaces
• Apply design thinking methodologies to identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimization opportunities
• Mentor cross-functional implementation teams and serve as the primary point of escalation for integration challenges
• Drive quality assurance and user acceptance testing to ensure finance processes operate as designed
• Document process controls, configurations, and system behaviors for knowledge transfer and compliance

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of hands-on SAP experience with demonstrated expertise in financial modules and process integration
• Proven track record leading SAP S/4HANA implementations or migration projects
• Deep knowledge of financial processes, controls, and accounting standards
• Experience defining integration patterns and managing system-to-system interfaces (API, middleware, EDI)
• Ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable implementation roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills across technical, finance, and business stakeholder groups
• Life sciences or highly regulated industry experience is preferred
