Accenture is hiring a Financial Services Sales Transformation Lead Senior Manager to drive growth strategies and execute enterprise-level transformation initiatives for financial services clients. This full-time position is based in Saint Bernard, and offers the opportunity to shape the sales and go-to-market approaches of leading financial institutions through strategic vision and hands-on leadership.

About the Role

As a Senior Manager leading sales transformation for financial services clients, you will develop and implement comprehensive strategies that modernize how financial institutions approach customer acquisition, retention, and market expansion. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams that blend creative strategy, digital experience design, and technology platforms to deliver measurable business impact. Your work will span ideation through execution, ensuring clients achieve sustained competitive advantage in an evolving market.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of sales transformation programs for major financial services organizations, defining new operating models and go-to-market strategies
• Partner with C-suite and commercial leadership to diagnose sales effectiveness challenges and co-develop solutions that accelerate revenue growth
• Direct cross-functional teams combining product strategy, customer experience design, marketing orchestration, and technology enablement
• Translate transformation roadmaps into tactical initiatives, managing timeline, budget, and stakeholder alignment across complex engagements
• Build and mentor high-performing teams; establish performance standards and develop emerging leaders on your staff
• Cultivate deep client relationships and serve as trusted advisor on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and transformation best practices

What We're Looking For

• 12+ years of professional experience in financial services, management consulting, or enterprise transformation
• Proven track record leading large-scale sales, commercial, or business transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy, revenue growth models, go-to-market design, or customer experience transformation
• Experience building and leading teams of 10+ professionals across multiple disciplines
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence at senior levels (C-suite, board)
• Understanding of financial services landscape, regulatory environment, and digital disruption in banking or payments
