Join MTRWESTERN as a CDL B Bus Driver at our Junction City location and earn up to $24.56 per hour in a full-time position. We're looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers to operate charter buses, shuttle services, and scheduled routes throughout the Eugene area.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to drive modern, comfortable buses serving customers across charter runs, shuttle services, and FlixBus scheduled routes. We value drivers who take pride in vehicle operation, prioritize passenger safety, and deliver professional service on every trip.

What You'll Do

• Operate CDL B commercial buses safely on charter, shuttle, and scheduled service routes
• Transport passengers professionally while maintaining a clean, well-organized bus interior
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and address basic maintenance needs
• Follow all traffic laws, company safety policies, and hours-of-service regulations
• Provide reliable, courteous customer service throughout each route
• Drive FlixBus scheduled service connecting communities in the Eugene and Junction City region

What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL B License with Passenger Endorsement (we can assist with obtaining if needed)
• Availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Ability to enter Canada for certain scheduled routes
• Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Reliable transportation to our Junction City facility
