• Monitor content performance and audience data to refine approaches and demonstrate ROI
• Establish and manage content creation processes that maintain quality, consistency, and brand alignment

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in content marketing with proven success across B2B, B2C, or hybrid sectors
• Track record developing and scaling multi-channel content programs
• Strong strategic and creative capabilities with excellent writing and communication skills
• Competency in content analytics and translating data into strategy recommendations
• Leadership experience managing teams or overseeing collaborative projects
• Interest in education, learning technology, or educational innovation (a plus)
