About the Role
As Community Manager at RangeWater, you'll lead resident engagement initiatives, coordinate community events, and serve as the primary point of contact for resident concerns and feedback. This full-time position is based on-site in Gainesville and offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on quality of life within our community.
What You'll Do
- Organize and execute community events, programs, and activities that strengthen resident connections
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and local stakeholders in Gainesville
- Develop marketing materials and communications to promote community programs and initiatives
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of community activities and resident interactions
- Collaborate with RangeWater leadership and team members to identify community needs and opportunities
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere that reflects our company values

- Proven experience in community management, resident services, or customer engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take initiative while collaborating effectively with teams
- Comfortable with event planning and public-facing responsibilities
- Proficiency with basic technology and willingness to learn our systems
