About the Role

As a Workday Certified Financials Consultant/Lead, you'll lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Workday financials systems for enterprise clients. Your expertise in P2P and WSS modules will be central to helping organizations streamline procurement, payments, and financial controls while strengthening their security posture. You'll combine deep Workday technical knowledge with business acumen to architect solutions that address complex financial challenges and accelerate client success.

What You'll Do

• Lead implementation and optimization of Workday P2P and WSS modules for enterprise clients
• Configure financial processes including procure-to-pay workflows, supplier management, and payment controls
• Design and implement security frameworks and governance structures within Workday environments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate client business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and deliver recommendations for process improvement and system enhancement
• Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of Accenture's Workday practice
• Provide ongoing support and optimization guidance post-implementation

What We're Looking For

• Workday Financials Certification with demonstrated expertise in P2P and WSS modules
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Workday solutions in enterprise environments
• Strong understanding of procure-to-pay processes, financial controls, and security best practices
• Proven ability to manage complex implementations and lead client engagement
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
