If you recently earned your RN license and want to launch your nursing career with structured mentorship and comprehensive clinical training, this 12-month residency provides the intensive support you need.
About the Role
The New Graduate RN Residency Program is specifically designed for nurses transitioning from education into professional practice. Over one year, you'll complete a comprehensive orientation combining direct patient care, formal education modules, preceptor guidance, and peer collaboration. Working full-time on your assigned clinical unit, you'll progressively build clinical independence and confidence throughout the program.
What You'll Do
- Deliver direct patient care under the supervision and mentorship of an experienced preceptor

What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in South Carolina or ability to obtain licensure
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
