About the Role

As a new graduate Registered Nurse, you'll provide direct patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, and develop clinical competencies under experienced mentorship. What You'll Do

• Assess and monitor patient conditions, documenting observations and changes in patient status
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols
• Communicate with patients and families about their care, fostering trust and addressing concerns
• Collaborate with doctors, respiratory therapists, social workers, and other team members on comprehensive care plans
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and facility standards
• Respond to patient needs and support unit operations in a fast-paced clinical environment

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program who has completed all degree requirements
• Current RN licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in South Carolina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and ask for guidance when needed
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Interest in clinical specialties including medical-surgical nursing, urology, neurology, gastroenterology, oncology, telemetry, or progressive care
