Life Sciences Supply Chain and Operations – Supply Chain Planning Manager

Join Accenture as a Supply Chain Planning Manager in our Scottsdale office, where you'll lead demand planning and supply chain optimization for life sciences enterprises. This is a full-time position for an experienced operations professional ready to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and build resilience across complex supply networks.

About the Role

You'll oversee supply chain planning strategy and execution, partnering with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to design and optimize networks that support our clients' pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences operations. Your work will directly impact supply continuity, cost performance, and regulatory compliance for some of the industry's most critical operations.

What You'll Do

• Build and refine demand forecasting models and supply chain planning strategies aligned with business growth
• Optimize inventory positioning and distribution networks to balance cost reduction with service level requirements
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements
• Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including performance evaluation and contract optimization
• Assess supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies specific to regulated life sciences environments
• Lead cross-functional projects with stakeholders across procurement, finance, quality, and operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process standardization across supply chain functions

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, or operations experience
• Demonstrated expertise in demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and network design
• Proficiency with supply chain planning tools and strong analytical capabilities
• Experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, regulated manufacturing, or healthcare supply chains preferred
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, logistics, business administration, or related field
• Excellent stakeholder communication and project management skills
• Ability to thrive in a consulting environment balancing multiple client engagements and priorities
