As a signing agent, you'll manage critical loan transactions on-site, verify borrower identities, and witness signatures—helping families and businesses complete their real estate and lending processes with confidence and compliance.

About the Role

This is a full-time position for a professional notary to conduct mobile loan document signings in the Detroit area and surrounding regions. You'll travel directly to borrower locations, perform precise notarizations, and maintain comprehensive documentation for every signing. Flexibility is built into the schedule, allowing you to manage your client appointments effectively.

What You'll Do

• Travel to borrower locations to facilitate loan closing signings
• Verify borrower identity and confirm signing authority per lending regulations
• Witness and notarize signatures on mortgage documents, promissory notes, and closing disclosures
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and complies with Michigan and interstate notarization laws
• Provide mobile notary services across all 50 states, adhering to jurisdiction-specific requirements
• Manage appointment scheduling, client communication, and post-closing document delivery
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information
