About the Role
As VP of Strategic Accounts at Norstella, you'll own the growth and success of our most critical pharmaceutical and biotech partnerships. You'll develop and execute account strategies that deepen client relationships, expand service adoption, and deliver measurable value to the companies we serve and the patients they impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategic planning and relationship management for Norstella's highest-priority enterprise accounts
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and shepherd complex deals from conception to close
- Collaborate with product, clinical, and data science teams to ensure clients achieve their business and therapeutic goals
- Build executive relationships with C-suite and business decision-makers at pharmaceutical and biotech firms
- Track account health, forecast revenue growth, and report on key performance metrics
- Act as the voice of the customer, providing insights that shape product development and service offerings
- Mentor and lead junior account management staff where applicable
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years in life sciences, healthcare, or B2B enterprise account management, with 5+ years in a VP or senior strategic role
- Proven track record closing large, complex deals with pharmaceutical or biotech companies
- Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at the executive level
- Strategic mindset: you think beyond quarterly targets to build sustainable, growing partnerships
- Comfort with data and analytics; ability to interpret metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Desire to work in a mission-driven environment improving patient outcomes
