Join Tandem Diabetes Care as a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist in Saratoga, NY. In this full-time role, you'll advance our mission to transform diabetes management by partnering with healthcare providers and helping people living with diabetes access innovative technology solutions that meaningfully improve their health outcomes.

About the Role

As a Clinical Diabetes Sales Specialist, you'll build strategic relationships with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, and healthcare facilities across your territory to drive adoption of Tandem's advanced diabetes technology. Working from our Saratoga office, you'll combine clinical expertise with consultative selling to help healthcare providers offer their patients superior treatment options and demonstrate the real-world impact of our solutions on clinical outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and diabetes care centers in your assigned territory
  • Present Tandem's diabetes management technology and digital health solutions to clinical teams and medical professionals
  • Educate healthcare providers on clinical evidence, patient outcomes, and implementation strategies for our technology
  • Support providers in integrating our solutions into their patient care programs and workflows
  • Identify expansion opportunities to grow provider partnerships and increase access to our technology
  • Monitor market trends, gather clinical feedback, and report competitive insights to inform territory strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales, healthcare technology, or similar consultative sales environments
  • Working knowledge of diabetes management, clinical care pathways, and healthcare provider workflows
  • Strong ability to build credibility with clinical professionals and navigate complex healthcare decision-making
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for clinical and business audiences
  • Resourcefulness, accountability, and drive to deliver measurable results
  • Willingness to travel within your territory as needed
